Error message “This site can’t be reached” from multiple browsers/devices. Is the site down?

Yes, we have escalated to Digital Ocean, our host. (see the announcement on the other thread)

If you want to help, you could reply to our tweet on Twitter where we have asked them to look at our ticket. Ask Digitial Ocean to respond to our ticket! They are taking hours and hours to help us.

FYI 0- they have replied twice so far (in over 8 hours) - and both responses did not resolve the issue. Please continue to apply pressure.
