Unable to use system due to "server error"

Is anyone else seeing this issue - message below?

Everytime I try to check off an item, I get a message like this. Also, the filtering of the completed items is not quite working, leaving some behind as visible even as they are completed.

Note: I was not sure if this was best way to report, and am also sending to support@
