The shortcut Tab+E doesn't seem to do anything

Hello

According the the shortcuts list, Tab+E is supposed to “focus the right edit window”.
Unfortunately I cant get this to work in either Firefox or Chrome.

That’s a shame because I am itching to get a keyboard shortcut that takes keyboard focus to the Panel on the right (if that’s what is supposed to happen).
