Space after text in task details start off big then gets huge

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create item
2. Shift Enter to add details, text entry is big but not bad
   
3. Finish adding content, click on the details Icon next to item label
4. Item shrinks, so far so good
   
5. Click the details Icon or Shift Enter to expand:
   
   
6. Weep as your screen real estate is devoured by whitespace :’(
