I’ve migrated from Nirvana for the indent feature of project organization, but there seems to be a major missing component. Reference Lists|Projects This is a pretty standard part the the GTD methodology, so where and how do we migrate inbox items to a Reference area? If we could add lists, that would work. I tried to Archive them, but that just hides them forever.

We do have reference lists. You can change any item into an “info” item. Just go to the bottom of the right details panel and change the item type to “info”.
