When I have more than 10 projects, the Projects and Actions section of the left pane becomes a scrolling list even when it doesn’t really need to be. On my monitor, there is still a blank area at the bottom of the left pane. I think that the Projects and Actions list should be allowed to grow until the space in the left pane is filled, and then turn into a scrolling list.
