Office365 is the new email platform for my company (20k people!). Right now there’s no deep linking to emails, files or other objects through URL.
It seems like there is great potential for quick wins leveraging the Office 365 API including:
- Link to specific email (greatest immediate value)
- Link to contact
- Link to Calendar
- Link to files (onedrive)
Launching an Office 365 App which links to GTDNext could support amazing workflows, remediate issues like attachment storage and remove the need for hacks like copying subject lines into tasks then searching outlook for that subject.
