GTDNext is a bit inconsistent in how it behaves depending on which “View” (Next Action, Waiting, Focus, …) you are in. In most Views if the cursor is in an item in the center pane, and you press Enter, a new task is generated below. However this doesn’t work in Inbox or Waiting. Just in general, it seems like GTDNext will be more intuitive if it behaves in a consistent manner.
