As a reminder for others. The inbox can not process attachements. If large attachments are sent to the inbox, it will get âjammedâ up, and we need to clear and restart the process. Please try not to send attachments when sending emails to your inbox. Thanks!
Hi James, since thereâs no processing of attachments at all youâve gotta just drop them! Itâs costing us all time whilst you donât do this and it canât be as hard as some of the other stuff youâre doing
