As a reminder for others. The inbox can not process attachements. If large attachments are sent to the inbox, it will get “jammed” up, and we need to clear and restart the process. Please try not to send attachments when sending emails to your inbox. Thanks!
Hi James, since there’s no processing of attachments at all you’ve gotta just drop them! It’s costing us all time whilst you don’t do this and it can’t be as hard as some of the other stuff you’re doing
