Inbound Email Address Changed

As our email infrastructure changed we have the new inbox email addresses.

Now, to put a message into the Inbox, send the email to: inbox@mail.gtdnext.com

If you were using custom email addresses for the inbound email, send the email to xxxx@mail.gtdnext.com
Where xxxx - is the prefix of the custom email.

It’s working sporadically for me. Is it just a server hiccup, or is there something that I can do on my end?

Update:

It seems that the new system doesn’t like it when I save that email address under a contact name. Not sure why that would be.
