I can create task from email by forwarding it to the GTDNext email address but not with redirect (Message → Redirect in Apple Mail).
So is this a bug? I want to redirect mail to keep the body content original format, not quote it.

Not sure I totally understand your question.
However, if I do, then what you need to do is use one of the custom email addresses to do this. You can get to those via the settings menu at the top right. Those email address don’t require that you send from the account in which you registered for GTDNext.
The inbox@gtdnext email does require that it be sent from the account you registered. Not positive I got your question right, so if I missed it, could you please list all the steps of what you are trying to do? Thanks!

I should make it clearer that I use the custom email addresses, not inbox@gtdnext one.
Steps:
Results: No task created
Expected: Task created in Inbox
However it works fine if I use Forward (Messaging → Forward) instead of Redirect.
I tried a few times and I think I can reproduce this behavior reliable.
Okay, I’ll check this out. Not sure if this is supported… Also, not sure why it just wouldn’t work, but seems like somehow we must not either be getting the email or it is not recognized by us as valid. Can you open up a support ticket so we can check more closely (will need your email address, etc) Thanks!
I can’t find the issue tracker , can you point me? I sent some emails from the same address use to register to this account.
Ah yes, from within the app you can hit the question mark icon and then click “contact support”. It will lead you to this page. http://gtdnext.uservoice.com/
I reproduced the problem and create support ticket.
Thanks, yup, we got your support ticket and replied. Looks like redirecting isn’t supported right now. We have added it to our list to review and hopefully implement in the future. Thanks!
Sound more like a bug than a unsupported feature for me.
Ah, I see you speak my language.
