Cannot focus right Edit panel with keyboard shortcuts

Neither TAB+E nor TAB+Right Arrow (from middle panel) works to focus the right Edit panel.This is occurring for me on both Chrome and Edge.

Me too. I have the same problem in Firefox, MSIE, Edge, Opera and Chrome. :frowning:
