Archieve not working?!

For three days in a row I am not able to achieve completed items.
Without the possibility of having a log of completed items and now without this working, my lists are really becoming a mess…
Please see error in the attached picture.

Hmm, I see. It’s working for us, so can you tell me at what point you get the error? Just going to the page? Starting the process? We will investigate.

I’m a little annoyed by the fact that this problem wasn’t still followed up/resolved.
Shall I start to reconsider the use of GTD as my trusted system and ask for a refund?
Hopefully not and hopefully I’ll hear news from you soon.

Sorry for the delay in reponding. I’ve asked Sergio to look into this. However he has been sick this week so it may take a bit longer.
