Annual subscription paid although we are not using the app anymore

Hi,

Apparently I had a recurring payment in my PayPal account and without really intent to I have paid another year of GTDNext.
I have sent you an email asking for the money refund but I didn’t get the answer and that is why I am sending this message now trough the forum.
Can you please settle this ASAP?
My PayPal account’s email is the one I use to make the login to this forum.
