When creating an action with a checklist below shouldn’t the Action be shown as an Action instead of a Project?
Hi Pascal - Are you referring to the folder icon? We use that so people can tell there are checklist items underneath. If we just showed the action icon, you wouldn’t be able to tell it had checklist items when it was collapsed.
However, you make a good point that it does look like a project that way, so we will think about that. Really appreciate your feedback!

what I mean is that the action is visible in the Project & Action list in the left pane. I would expect that GTDNext would make the item an Action instead of a Project when the mode is set to ‘AUTO’. Of course I can manually change the mode to ‘Action’ for the item to disappear from the Project & Action list.
