Inbox items created from emails are arriving then disappearing

Hello, new user here - using the trial product and looking to migrate from Nirvana GTD. Liking what I see so far, except…

As per post title, I’ve been trying out the email-to-inbox feature and have noticed a concerning pattern. Emails arrive in the inbox but then disappear again - there doesn’t seem to be any trigger that I can spot. I’ve searched but not found any similar problems in other posts… is this user error? Have they moved somewhere that I can’t find?

We have identified and fixed this issue. Thanks for reporting it! Please note this was only happening for people using the inbox@GTDNext email alias. If you were using one of the individual emails created in the settings screen then this issue did not happen. (Which made it tough for us to find the issue!) But all good now. Thanks!
