App Stuck on Loading Screen

Hi all;

We are aware of an issue where for some people the app is stuck on the loading screen. We are working on this issue and will reply back to this thread when the app is back up for everyone.

Still out of business here. Cleared cache, reset router. Any other steps you can recommend?

I had the problem on the 28th. The problem was gone most of the day on the 29th until now.
